Delegate McGeehan moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 5, by striking out the section heading and substituting therefor a new section heading, to read as follows:

§61-8D-5.  Sexual abuse or attempted sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian, or person in a position of trust of a child; knowingly procuring, or attempt to procure by a parent, guardian, custodian, or person in a position of trust another person to engage in sexual abuse of a child less than 16 years of age, or any age if disabled; knowingly procuring, or attempt to procure another person to engage in sexual abuse of a child over the age of 16; penalties.
